On August 10, Georgian Embassy in Bulgaria held a memorial service to honor the fallen heroes of the 2008 Russia-Georgia war. The service was held at Bachkovo (პეტრიწონი) Monastery with the blessinf of Bishop Sioniy and attended by clergymen from various Bulgarian dioceses and representatives of the Georgian community.
Honorary Consul Nushev was honored to support the memorial service and commemorate souls that perished 16 years ago.
